So what's the end product?
You get the source code of the whole project (in a .zip file) you paid for. It is complete, with all assets, code, everything. All yours, and you can do pretty much whatever you want with it. If you wish to put it up on the internet check the "To the Internet" add-on.
What if I want to put my site up on the Internet?
I can also do that job if you buy the "To the Internet" add-on. The cost for domain names, hosting services, servers, etc. will still be shouldered by you as you will have to pay its recurring fees monthly/yearly on the platforms where you bought them.
