Does your gig include formatting into Kindle, Smashwords, etc?
I'm afraid not. This gig is for formatting your short story for the submission to paying markets and literary magazines like Clarkesworld, Asimovs etc.
Is it necessary to provide my name, mailing address and other credentials to be included in the manuscript?
It's up to you! If you do not feel comfortable sharing it, no worries- I'll leave the space for you to enter yourself. But I assure you, every information shared will remain between you and me. Privacy and professionalism are how I treat my clients with.
How should I send you my manuscript for formatting?
You should send me the final draft of your story i.e. without any comments or markups which means the final edited draft that you think is ready to be submitted before the formatting.
Which format do you prefer to receive the stories for formatting?
I would be grateful if you send it as a 'Word document' only.
Is there any difference in the way of submitting the short story, novelette or novel?
Not at all! All the guidelines for sending your manuscripts in any of the three formats are the same
