FAQ
What details do I need to provide to get started?
I need a brief description of what your server is for (Gaming, NFT, Business, etc.), your logo/branding (if any), and your specific preferences for channels or roles.
Do I need to make you an Admin on my Discord server?
Yes, to set up roles, channels, and bots, I will need temporary Administrator access. Alternatively, I can create the server on my account and transfer full ownership to you upon completion.
Can you set up custom bots or integrate social media alerts?
Yes! In the Standard and Premium packages, I can set up bots that automatically notify your server whenever you go live on Twitch, post on YouTube, or tweet on Twitter.
Will I be able to manage the server myself after you finish?
Absolutely. I design the server to be user-friendly, and I will guide you on how to manage roles, permissions, and bots once the delivery is complete.
What if I need changes after the order is delivered?
Customer satisfaction is my top priority. I offer post-delivery support and revisions to ensure your server works exactly how you want it to.
