That is the problem I build software for.
I recently built psaverify.com: inventory, digital inspections and automatic compliance reports for radiation protection equipment in hospitals, built around DIN 6857-2 and hosted in Germany under GDPR.

What exactly do I get for the Blueprint fee
A 60-minute session where we map your real inspection process, then a written specification, a screen flow of the key screens and a fixed price for the build. If you order the build within 60 days, the 450 US$ are credited.
How long does a first inspection module take?
Typically 6 to 8 weeks from Blueprint to a module your inspectors can use on site: inventory, inspection workflow, automatic report. Further modules follow in sprints of 2 to 4 weeks.
Where is the data hosted?
Where your regulator needs it. psaverify.com runs in Germany under GDPR. Switzerland, EU or your own infrastructure are all possible.
Does it work offline, for inspectors in basements or plants?
Yes. An inspection app will be built mobile-first and can capture inspections, photos and signatures offline and sync when back online.
Can it follow our standard, for example DIN, ISO or an internal SOP?
Yes. Inspection steps, statuses, intervals and report layouts are configured to your standard.
