Is a spreadsheet running part of your business and getting harder to manage? I'll turn one spreadsheet process into a simple web app: a clear form, saved records, search, and (depending on the package) a login and export.
I'm Girgis, a sole trader running OpsForm in Brighton, UK. Replacing spreadsheets with custom web apps is the main thing I do. Brighton Flyway Transport, a South East transport operator, moved from spreadsheets to a portal built with OpsForm, and their testimonial is published with their approval. This Gig is for smaller, clearly defined apps.
What you get:

Good fit: one sheet, one process, a handful of fields.
Not a fit: large multi-team systems, or sensitive personal data without agreed safeguards. Bigger work can be quoted as a custom offer on Fiverr.

Can you work from any spreadsheet?
Excel or Google Sheets, as long as it covers one process with a manageable number of fields. Send a copy with sample data (remove private details). I'll tell you honestly before ordering if it's too big for this Gig.
What are the limits of each package?
Each package lists tables, fields and roles. Anything beyond that, such as more tables, payments or extra user types, can be added through an extra or a custom offer, never done for free by accident.
Do I get the source code?
Source code handover is available on request. It is agreed before the order starts and scoped per project, so it isn't promised by default. Please tell me what you need before ordering.
Who pays for hosting?
You do. Hosting is an optional extra: the setup is scoped and agreed before I start, and hosting costs are paid by you and are separate from the Gig price.
How is my data handled?
Standard and Premium apps have a login. I'm not offering a security audit or compliance certification, so please send sample data with your sheet, and don't share highly sensitive personal data unless we've agreed safeguards first.
Is this a template or a no-code build?
It's a custom build around your sheet, not a ready-made template. If you need a particular technology, tell me before ordering and I'll say whether it fits.
Can I add features later?
Yes. After delivery we can scope more work through a custom offer. I'll give a fixed price in writing before starting.
Do you have client work to show?
Brighton Flyway Transport (South East transport operator) published: "We now have a comprehensive portal that brings our operations together in one place, built around the way we work." My two OpsForm examples are demos with sample data.
