Founded and built Digital Arhat, a Pakistan-focused agriculture marketplace app connecting farmers, buyers and agri traders through a mobile-first platform. Digital Arhat is a live Android agriculture marketplace app built for Pakistan’s farming sector using Flutter and Firebase. It connects buyers and sellers through fixed-price selling, live bidding, verified listings, and real-time mandi rate intelligence. The app includes complete buyer, seller, and admin workflows. Sellers can add listings using Pakistan-wide district and tehsil data, upload compulsory live photos, and publish products for sale or bidding. Buyers can view listings, bid counts, and after auction completion, the winning buyer and seller can access each other’s contact details. Digital Arhat also includes AI-powered features: an AI Doc that analyzes live listing photos to help buyers understand what they are buying, an AI Vet Doc for veterinary-related support, and an AI Madadgar chatbot for agriculture, soil, livestock, and farming problems. The app is fully bilingual in English and Urdu. It also includes buyer/seller signup flows, ID-card-based onboarding, account approval, live mandi ticker, bidding hero section, and a complete admin command center. My role included product strategy, Flutter development, Firebase/Firestore integration, AI feature planning, UI/UX, bilingual app design, admin logic, marketplace flows, and launch support.
