What do you need from me to start?
Your site URL, a way to access your WordPress admin (a temporary login or staging copy), and a short description of the problem. A screenshot or error message helps. I’ll confirm scope before you pay.
How long does it take?
Basic takes 3 days, Standard 5 days and Premium 7 days. Clear problems and quick access keep the timeline. Slow hosting, unclear issues or a large audit can take longer, and I’ll tell you if that happens.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a follow-up adjustment to the same issue you ordered, such as a fix that didn’t fully work. New problems or added issues need an upgrade or a new order.
Which package should I pick?
Basic fixes one reported bug or error. Standard adds speed optimization and up to 3 more issues. Premium adds a full speed and plugin audit, up to 6 issues and a written change log. Not sure? Message me first.
Will you back up my site?
Yes. I take a full backup before making any change, so the site can be restored if needed. Keeping your own copy is still a good idea.
Will you redesign my site or add new pages?
No. This gig covers repairs and speed work on an existing Divi site. New pages, redesigns and migrations are separate gigs, and I can point you to the right one.
What’s not included?
Redesigns, new pages, content writing, hosting changes, e-commerce setup, and buying plugins or subscriptions. If a fix needs one of these, I’ll tell you before going ahead.
What if the problem isn’t fixed?
I’ll keep working on the same reported issue within your package’s revision limit. If the cause sits outside Divi, such as the hosting server, I’ll explain it in writing before you pay for more work.
Do I keep ownership of my site?
Yes. Your site and its content stay yours. I won’t use screenshots of your site in my portfolio without asking first.
Can you fix my Divi website without losing content?
Yes. Backups come first, changes are made in steps, and the site is tested afterward. Some results depend on your hosting and plugins, and I’ll explain what to expect before starting.
