I give 5 stars because the work was carefully done without any negative impact on my site. But since it's SEO, I can't see the results right now. I assume his work will improve my visibility, and I'll see in a month. Besides, Alee explained to me well what he did. That gave me confidence. It you have a real website, don't let him near it. In order to "optimize" my site, he randomly cut out words and letters from my titles and descriptions, and added random underscores and periods.
