I will do quantity takeoff, boq and construction cost estimation
About this Gig
Quantity takeoff, BOQ and construction cost estimation - accurate, itemised, and traceable back to the drawing it came from.
I take off from PDF, DWG or Revit and deliver a structured BOQ in Excel with formulas intact, so you can change a rate and see the total update.
WHAT YOU GET
- Detailed material takeoff: concrete, rebar, formwork, masonry, finishes, MEP
- Itemised BOQ in Excel with units, quantities and rates
- Rate analysis and labour, material and equipment breakdown
- Markup, overhead, profit and contingency lines
- Summary cost sheet by trade and by floor
- Marked-up drawings showing what was measured
STANDARDS
CSI MasterFormat, NRM2, POMI or your own template. Any currency.
WHY ME
I am a civil engineer who has built from these drawings, so my quantities reflect real waste factors, lap lengths and site practice - not just clean geometry off a screen.
Send your drawing set and tell me the trades and format you need. I will confirm scope, price and delivery before you order.

FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Architectural plans (PDF or DWG), soil investigation report if you have one, the design code that applies, and your local authority requirements. If you only have sketches or photos, send those — I'll tell you what else is needed before you order.
Do I get the editable native files?
es on Standard and Premium — native ETABS, SAFE, DWG, RVT or Excel as applicable. On Basic, native files are available as a small extra. You own full rights to everything I deliver.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Revisions within the agreed scope are included per your package. Genuine design changes (new floor, changed layout, different loading) are quoted separately — I'll always tell you which category a request falls into before doing the work.
