I architected and implemented an end-to-end AI automation system for The City Key, a trilingual NYC housing eligibility and filing platform designed to help tenants determine qualification for rent relief programs and automatically generate hardship documentation. The system combined an AI-driven eligibility engine (MindStudio) with structured rule-based logic to evaluate users against 2026 NYC standards, including the 50% rent-to-income burden calculation and program-specific income thresholds. I designed the full automation workflow integrating Stripe (secure payment gate with webhook validation), Airtable (encrypted PII vault), Make.com (orchestrated workflow and 240-hour automated deletion countdown), and dynamic PDF generation for hardship package delivery. A core architectural focus was compliance-grade data lifecycle management — implementing a “Ghost Protocol” that permanently deletes sensitive PII (SSN, ID uploads, income documents, lease copies) after a timed retention window while retaining anonymized analytics for business insights. The system also included controlled multilingual persona logic (English, Spanish, Haitian Creole), secure document intake, webhook-based workflow locking, and automated record purging to ensure privacy-first design. This project demonstrates my capability in AI workflow orchestration, compliance-aware automation architecture, LLM-driven decision systems, and secure end-to-end SaaS pipeline design.
