What do you need to get started?
To get started, I need access to your TikTok Ads account through Business Center (never your password), your website or product link, your goal, daily budget and target country, and your product photos or videos. If you already have a TikTok Pixel, share it with me. If not, I will guide you.
Who will pay for the ads?
You pay your ad budget directly to TikTok from your own ad account. My service fee covers only the work in your selected package, and ad spend is not included. I never ask you to send ad money to me, so you stay in control of your budget and payment method.
Can I ask for a revision?
Yes. Revisions are included according to your package. Tell me what you want changed in your audience, targeting or campaign setup and I will update it. Please send all feedback in one message. Revisions cover the setup I delivered, not sales results, which depend on your product and budget.
Do you guarantee specific results?
I cannot guarantee sales, leads or ROAS, because results depend on your product, offer, budget, audience, website and competition. What you will always get is a properly set up and tracked campaign, honest advice, and (Standard and Premium) a weekly report so you see what happened.
What is happening after I place an order?
1) You answer a few quick questions. 2) I review your product, offer and TikTok Ads account. 3) I set up your pixel and campaigns and launch them. 4) I optimize and send updates, with a weekly report on Standard and Premium. If your offer is not ready, I tell you before you spend.
What is the average daily budget for TikTok Ads?
TikTok's minimum is $20 a day per ad group, and many test budgets start at $20 to $50 a day. The right amount depends on your product, goal and country, so I will recommend a starting budget after I see your product. Your ad budget is separate from my service fee.
