Build and maintain web platforms for Bangladesh government ministries and private clients at home and abroad. - Built a court case management system used by 1 ministry, 14 departments and 276 organizations, holding 1,600+ cases across seven court types. - Designed a 45-table database with RESTful APIs and role-based access control for three user types, plus automated hearing reminders sent 1 to 7 days ahead. - Built reporting modules for an audit system covering 271 organizations and 645+ users, aggregating 1,950+ inspection reports and 5,900+ objections through multi-table joins and conditional aggregation. - Cut page load and report generation to roughly one second by optimizing repeated database operations. - Conducted user training across all 8 administrative divisions of Bangladesh and provide ongoing production support.
