The offer covers one document of up to 50 pages with finalized, editable content and one supplied or agreed style. Send the files before ordering if the source contains scans, incomplete references, unusual formatting, or other reconstruction work.
What files will I receive?
You will receive the organized LaTeX project files, including the editable .tex source and supplied assets, plus the compiled PDF and a short handoff note.
Can I edit the delivered files in Overleaf?
Yes. You will receive organized LaTeX files that you can upload to Overleaf for online editing. If a custom template cannot be used there, I will explain that clearly in the delivery.
Can you format maths or science exam papers?
Yes. I can create a consistent layout for supplied questions, instructions, candidate fields, sections, subquestions, mark allocations, equations, tables, figures, answer lines, page numbers, and headers or footers. Writing or solving questions and creating a separate answer key are additional scope
Can you follow my university or journal template?
Yes, when you provide the official template or clear formatting guide. The package covers one existing or agreed template. Creating or repairing a complex custom document class requires a separate quote.
What do the revisions cover?
Each revision is one consolidated round of formatting feedback within the agreed brief. New content, extra pages, another template, or a different document is additional scope.
Do you write or proofread the document?
This Gig covers LaTeX conversion and formatting, not question writing, solving, research, or content writing. I may flag obvious layout-related text issues, but substantive proofreading, rewriting, and scientific editing require a separate scope.
Can you work from a PDF or scanned document?
A clean, selectable-text PDF may be possible after review. Scanned, handwritten, image-only, or low-quality files require a custom offer because they involve manual reconstruction.
Can you handle tables, equations, citations, IEEE formatting, and diagrams?
Yes. I can format tables, equations, figures, and references; add clickable citations and cross-references; apply IEEE formatting; and create one high-level Mermaid diagram for software engineering, computer science, or AI documents. Multiple or complex diagrams require a custom offer.
Can you handle large theses, books, or extensive LaTeX edits?
Yes. I can handle long theses, dissertations, books, manuals, and existing LaTeX projects needing major formatting, layout fixes, template changes, or source cleanup. Send the files, page count, style, and deadline. I will review the scope and send a custom offer, using milestones when helpful.
