I worked full-time with ISTOOLS, a UK-based e-commerce business specializing in handmade footstools, storage ottomans, benches, cushions, rugs, fabrics, and made-to-measure home furniture products. My responsibilities included creating and managing product listings across eBay, Amazon, Shopify, and Etsy. I handled complete product listing tasks, including product research, titles, descriptions, SEO optimization, product tags, categories, variations, and other listing details. I also worked on product image editing and optimization, ensuring images were clean, professional, and suitable for online marketplaces. For products with multiple sizes, colours, fabrics, and customization options, I organized the listing information and variations clearly to make the products easier for customers to understand and purchase. My main focus was improving listing quality, search visibility, product presentation, and overall marketplace performance while maintaining accurate and consistent product information across different platforms.
