What does the chatbot need to be trained on?
Your website content, PDFs, FAQs, product details, pricing- whatever you already have. After you order, I'll send you a short checklist of exactly what to share.
Are there any ongoing costs?
The OpenAI API is pay-as-you-go and billed to your own account, so you stay in control of it. Most small businesses spend around $5-20 a month. Hosting is separate and also paid directly by you.
Can you add a chatbot to my existing website?
Yes. Send me a link to your current site, and I will send you a custom offer for just the chatbot integration, without rebuilding what you already have.
Will I get the source code?
Yes. Full source code is included in every package, and it's yours to keep, modify, and host wherever you like.
What if the chatbot gives wrong answers?
I test and tune the responses before delivery, and revisions cover any adjustments to its behaviour or tone. I can also set boundaries so it says it doesn't know rather than guessing.
How long does the whole process take?
