Freelancer refused to get on a zoom call to go over the plans together, kept making excuses about it, makes me wonder if they are who they say they are and didnt want to get on a call to expose themselves Refused to cancel order and stopped responding, was able to get fiverr customer service to issue a full refund, so props on customer service for assisting
