What apps can you connect?
n8n supports 400+ apps natively (Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, Airtable, Notion, WhatsApp, Telegram, Shopify, and more). If your app isn't on the list, I can usually connect it through its API directly.
Is n8n really free, or will I get charged later?
Self-hosted n8n is completely free with no limits. The cloud version has a free tier with usage limits — I'll recommend the best option based on how often your workflow runs.
What's the difference between n8n and Zapier?
n8n does everything Zapier does, but it's open-source, cheaper (or free if self-hosted), and gives you more control over complex logic — without the per-task pricing that gets expensive fast.
Can you add AI to my automation (like ChatGPT or Claude)?

What happens if the automation breaks after delivery?

Only temporarily, and only what's needed to build and test the workflow. I recommend creating API keys with limited permissions rather than sharing full account passwords.
How long does it take to see if the automation is working?
