What I do:
- Convert Arabic (and bilingual Arabic/English) invoices, forms, lists and tables into Excel
- Agree on your columns first (date, invoice no., vendor, amount, VAT, etc.)
- Use OCR tools for speed, then manually review every file, with extra attention to numbers and dates
- Flag unclear or unreadable fields in a separate "Review" sheet instead of guessing
What I accept:
Clear printed documents (scans or phone photos)
Invoices, receipts, price lists, tables, forms
Please note:
- Handwriting and low-quality images are harder, so message me first for a quote
- Your files stay private: used only for your order and deleted after delivery

Do you work with Arabic documents only?
Mostly Arabic and bilingual Arabic/English documents. English-only files are also fine, just message me first.
What types of documents do you accept?
Clear printed invoices, receipts, forms, price lists and tables, as scanned PDFs or phone photos.
Do you accept handwritten pages?
Yes, but they need a custom quote because they take longer and are less reliable. Please message me before ordering.
How do you make sure the data is correct?
I use OCR for speed, then review every file manually, especially numbers and dates. Unclear fields are flagged in a separate Review sheet instead of guessed.
Can I send a sample before ordering?
Yes. Send 1 to 3 pages (hide any sensitive info) and I'll tell you what's possible and which package fits.
Can I choose the Excel columns?
Yes. We agree on the columns before I start, for example date, invoice number, vendor, amount and VAT.
Is my data safe?
Your files are used only for your order and deleted after delivery. Please don't send documents with highly sensitive personal data unless we agree on how to handle them first.
What if I find a mistake after delivery?
Send me the row or page and I'll correct it within the revisions included in your package.
How many pages can I send?
Packages cover up to 10, 30 or 80 pages. For larger projects, message me for a custom offer.
