What access do you need to get started?
I usually need access to your Meta Business Manager, Google Ads account, Google Analytics (if used), and your website platform or Google Tag Manager. After you order, I’ll send simple, step-by-step instructions on how to grant secure access.
Do you work with all website platforms?
I work with most common platforms like Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, Wix, and similar builders. If your site is custom-built or very complex, please contact me first so I can confirm what’s possible.
Will you also create or optimise my ad campaigns?
This gig focuses on fixing and setting up tracking so your data is accurate. If you need help creating or optimising campaigns, I can offer that as a separate service or custom offer.
Can you fix tracking that someone else has already set up?
Yes. I can review your existing setup, identify what’s broken or duplicated, and correct it so your events and conversions track properly again.
Do you set up GA4 as well?
Yes. GA4 support is included in the Standard and Premium packages, and can be added to the Basic package as an extra. I’ll connect key events so you can see how users behave on your site.
What if I’m not sure which package I need?
