Up to 15 tasks, project goals, a Gantt timeline, milestones and up to 5 risks.
STANDARD
Up to 35 tasks, dependencies, deliverables, KPIs, a Gantt timeline, milestones, up to 10 risks and a 30-minute consultation.
PREMIUM
Standard features with limits increased to 60 tasks and 15 risks, plus resource allocation, a planning summary report and a 60-minute consultation replacing the Standard call.
Every package includes editable files and a PDF copy. Risk registers include suggested mitigation actions.
Each order covers planning for one project. Revisions cover changes within the agreed brief. Ongoing delivery management, budget management and additional scope require a separate quote.

What do you need from me to get started?
Please share your project overview, objectives, target dates, main deliverables and any existing documents or task lists. Include known constraints, team availability and risks where possible. If you are unsure what you need, message me before ordering.
Which package should I choose?
Basic covers up to 15 tasks and 5 risks. Standard covers up to 35 tasks and 10 risks, with dependencies, KPIs and a 30-minute consultation. Premium increases the limits to 60 tasks and 15 risks, adding resource allocation, a summary report and a 60-minute consultation.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive editable Powerpoint, Excel and/or Word files, depending on the deliverables, plus PDF copies for easy sharing. Please discuss any specific software or template requirements with me before ordering.
Will you manage the project after creating the plan?
These packages cover a one-off planning service for one project. Ongoing project coordination, progress monitoring, budget management and reporting are outside the package scope. Message me to discuss availability and a separate quote for ongoing support.
What does a revision include?
A revision is one consolidated round of feedback within the original brief, such as adjusting dates, task wording or risk ratings. Basic includes one revision; Standard and Premium include two. New deliverables, additional tasks beyond your package limit or major scope changes require separate quote
Can you improve an existing project plan?
Yes. I can review and improve an existing plan, clarify milestones and dependencies, and strengthen the risk register. Please send your current documents and explain what you want to improve before ordering so we can agree the scope and suitable package.
