Selling one app to many clients? Each one wants their own name, logo, colours and store listing, and copying the code for every client does not scale.
I set up white-label Flutter apps: one codebase, a branded store-ready app per client.
What I do:
- Flutter flavors (Android) and schemes/targets (iOS) per brand
- Per-brand app name, icon, splash, theme, bundle ID and Firebase config
- Feature flags and endpoints per client, without forking the code (Standard Tear and up)
- A simple brand config, so adding a new client is setup work, not development (Standard Tear and up)
- A CI pipeline (GitHub Actions or Fastlane) that builds every brand (Premium only)
Why me? I led a Large scale gym SaaS where each gym got its own branded app from one Flutter codebase, set up within a workday after onboarding.

Can you add flavors to my existing app?
Yes, that is the most common case. I restructure config, assets and build files without changing your features.
Will each brand be a separate store listing?
Yes. Each brand gets its own package/bundle ID so it can be listed under the client's own name, using your or the client's developer account.
Can brands have different features?
Yes, through per-brand feature flags and config, so you keep one codebase instead of forks.
Do you publish all the brands to the stores?
The Brand Factory package includes store-ready signed builds and metadata templates. I can help with submissions through access you grant with addition app wise cost.
What about iOS?
iOS uses schemes and targets with separate bundle IDs, signing and Firebase files. Both platforms are covered in every package.
