I will tidy and format your Word document into a clean, consistent layout and deliver an editable DOCX plus a PDF.

Basic covers up to 10 pages of supplied content, including consistent fonts, heading styles, paragraph spacing, margins, page numbers, and simple tables. Suitable for business reports, instructions, personal documents and existing resume layouts. I can work with English or Simplified Chinese text.

Please supply the editable Word file and a style reference or describe your preferred layout. For a text-based PDF, send it before ordering so I can check whether conversion and layout repair fit the scope.

One revision covers formatting adjustments to the agreed content. Content writing, translation, factual editing, complex forms, advanced graphics, mathematical typesetting and scanned or handwritten document transcription are not included. Large tables or complex layouts may need a custom offer. Please remove sensitive information that is unnecessary for the task.
