What is included in the cost estimation extra and how do you calculate cost?
Cost depends on the rate of who is doing it, time on the skills of that person, so I can only speak for myself and estimate with an average of the professional teams I worked in. We would mostly estimate complexity and apply that as factor to team member skill levels to get a price.
