What do we need to start?
Please write to us a message to discuss your specific needs. You must complete the required fields that will get me all the information we need to start.
What files need to provide?
We need your logo, your packaging dimensions/die-cut, all the content like wording/texts, images. Any design reference or some design notes will help.
Which services do you provide?
We design packaging, label, logo's, amazon images, insert cards, business cards, infographics, product photography, 3D renders.
Can you write content for packaging and or for Amazon?
Yes! we have copywriters on our team who can help you to write professional and creative content for your product packaging and for your Amazon A+ page SEO friendly.
Do you provide source file for a 3D render?
We use a custom app to make the 3d renders, for that reason, we share JPG/PNG-only images. We don't share source files for 3d renders.
I need the the Editable file in AI, does you offers include it?
We include source files for print-ready files. We can share the fully editable source file in AI. Check it our Extras.
Do you share the fonts used on the design?
If you purchase the "master/editable" source file, some of the fonts may require Adobe applications, so you'll need to have access to an Adobe suite. Other fonts may be labeled as "pro," meaning you'll need to obtain the appropriate license to install them on your machine.
Do you design for Amazon?
Of course, we have more than 15 years working with our customers selling on Amazon around the world. We are an Amazon-certified agency, for product design and Amazon listing A+ designs.
Can I see your portfolio?
Of course, you can check some of our designs under our profile. In that way, you understand our style.
Do I get rights to the work?
Sure! you get commercial rights to it. However, many projects require Third-party elements (like images, fonts, patterns, etc). It is the client's responsibility to acquire and store safely any Third-party license from its source. Fonts can't be trademarked but licenses for their use are available.
