If your resale inventory is growing faster than the system you use to manage it, I will build an inventory and workflow system around the way your business actually operates.
This is not a generic inventory spreadsheet.
I review your merchandise, selling platforms, storage system, acquisition process, listing workflow, inventory problems, and existing files before designing the system.
Depending on your business, your finished system may include custom SKUs, bin or rack locations, one-of-one inventory, acquisition lots, unlisted inventory queues, cross-listing status, aging rules, stale-inventory review, sales history, or disposition tracking.

Will you enter all of my inventory?
No. I use up to 25 representative records to configure and test the system. Large-scale data entry or migration requires separate scope.
Can you improve my existing spreadsheet instead of replacing it?
Yes. If parts of your current system work well, I may recommend keeping them and improving only what is causing problems.
Is this an accounting or bookkeeping system?
No. Operational cost and sales tracking may be included where useful, but this service is not bookkeeping, tax preparation, or accounting advice.
Can this work for more than eBay?
Yes. The standard package can consider workflows across up to three selling channels.
Is this suitable for new or growing resellers?
Yes. It can be especially useful for sellers who want a practical inventory system before their inventory becomes difficult to control.
Can you migrate thousands of existing listings?
Not within the standard package. I can design a practical migration method and separately assess larger migration work.
