Do you need my password?
No, please don't send your main password. Create a separate temporary user account for me and remove it after delivery. Share login details only through Fiverr.
Will you back up my site before making changes?
Yes. The Update Pack and Monthly Care include a full backup, and for Quick Fix I make a backup whenever the platform allows it.
What counts as a small content edit?
Changing text, swapping an image, or updating details like prices, hours or phone numbers on an existing page. New pages or new features go through a custom offer.
What if my site has a bigger problem?
I'll look at it and tell you what I find before doing any work, then send a custom offer if it's outside the package.
