About this gig
Your real estate website should do more than show listings. It should bring you buyer and seller leads every week.
I build WordPress real estate websites for Realtors, agents, teams and brokerages, with IDX/MLS search that keeps buyers on YOUR site instead of Zillow.
600+ projects | 8+ years | Clients include eXp Realty & Keller Williams agents
WHAT YOU GET
- IDX/MLS on YOUR domain (no iframes), so listing pages can rank on Google
- IDX Broker, iHomefinder, Showcase IDX or MLS Grid (RESO Web API)
- Property search, map view, saved searches & listing alerts
- Home valuation, lead forms & mortgage calculator
- CRM connection: Follow Up Boss, kvCORE/BoldTrail, Lofty
- Fast load (under 2.5s target), mobile-first & SEO-ready
- SSL & GA4 analytics set up before launch
WHO IT'S FOR
Solo agents, teams, brokerages, luxury & commercial agents
HOW IT WORKS
- Message me your MLS and brokerage
- I confirm IDX compatibility and send a clear scope
- You approve a homepage design
- I build, test and launch, with 60 days of free support
Note: IDX/MLS subscription fees are paid to the IDX provider.
Not sure which package fits? Message me before ordering.

FAQ
Are you available for FREE zoom consultation?
Yes! I am available for a zoom meeting with you without any cost to you. I have flexible hours as per your time zone. In this meeting, I will introduce myself to you and take you through the process of creation of the website. Just message me first and
Which IDX provider should I use?
IDX Broker, iHomefinder and Showcase IDX all work well. The best choice depends on your MLS and budget. Send me your MLS name and I'll recommend the right option before you order.
Is the IDX/MLS subscription included in the price?
No. IDX providers charge a monthly fee that you pay directly to them, since it's tied to your MLS membership. My price covers the website design, setup and IDX integration.
Can I update listings, pages and blog posts myself?
Yes. Listings update automatically through IDX. For pages and blog posts, you get an easy editor and a walkthrough video.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. You get 60 days of free support for anything related to my work after delivery, plus your website login and a walkthrough video showing how to manage it.
Do you also build Real estate website for investors?
Yes. We design and develop Real estate website for investors.
Will listings show on my own domain and help SEO?
Yes. Where your IDX provider supports it, listing pages load on your own domain instead of an iframe, so Google can index them. I also set up Yoast SEO, a sitemap and on-page SEO.
Do I need MLS approval to use IDX?
Yes. Most MLSs require you or your broker to sign an IDX agreement first. I'll guide you through it and handle all the technical setup once you're approved.
Can you connect my CRM?
Yes. I connect lead forms and IDX sign-ups to Follow Up Boss, kvCORE/BoldTrail, Lofty, GoHighLevel and most other CRMs with an API or Zapier.
Can you redesign my current real estate website?
Yes. I can redesign your WordPress site or move you from Wix, Squarespace, Placester or another platform while keeping your domain and important pages.
