About this Gig
Selling a home can be difficult and sometimes the owners make it more difficult when their clutter or "unique" taste in style get in the way.
When buyers walk into a home they want to instantly imagine what it would be like to live there! So that it is why it is extremely important that a home is staged properly before listing the property and before a showing.
If there is too much of the owners personality in the design of a home the buyer can be turned off and if the unit is vacant a buyer will have a problem envisioning how their own furniture will fit into a space.
So that is why I am here to help! I am a certified Home Staging Professional and when you set up a consultation with me; I will give you all the advice you need to properly stage your clients home to sell!
How does it work?

- We can consult over phone call or zoom to go over notes

I will be more than happy to be a second voice for you to get the work done! Sometimes it takes two professionals to say "you need to get rid of the neon green walls" for a seller to finally listen! I also have several examples that show how important these changes are.
Can I show you the home over zoom?
Of course! I understand that sometimes you don't have photos while preparing to list a home. So if you would like to use the consulting hours to show the home on zoom in real time. I will be happy to find a time that works for both of us and also provide my advice as we go along.
Can you provide examples of homes you have helped Stage?
Of Course! I have been staging for about 5 years and have worked on homes that are studios to multi unit homes!
Why not just order virtually staged photographs?
Often times the photos don't look real and although photos are a great way to get clients in the door; they might find it deceiving once they enter in the actual space!
