What if I don't have a logo yet?
You have three options: 1) Add my logo design service as an extra 2) Use text-only animation with your channel name 3) Message me to discuss options before ordering.
Can you design my logo too?
Yes! Add the logo design extra to your order. The intro animation will use the logo I create for you.
Can you make an intro with just text, no logo?
Yes, I can create a text-based intro with your channel/business name. Select "text only" in the requirements.
What file format do you need for my logo?
PNG with transparent background or vector file (AI, EPS, SVG). No JPEGs with white backgrounds or screenshots.
I'm not sure what style I want. Can you help?
MESSAGE ME FIRST before ordering. If you order without direction, you get my creative interpretation with no style-change revisions.
How long should my intro be?
5-10 seconds is ideal, 12 seconds maximum for Basic/Standard, 15 seconds for Premium. Viewers skip long intros.
What if I don't provide reference videos?
Without references, I choose the style based on your brand type. You cannot request style changes later if you don't provide references upfront.
What's included in revisions?
Color tweaks, timing adjustments, music changes, text corrections. NOT complete redesigns or style changes.
What fonts can I choose for text-only intros?
Provide a specific font name or describe the style (modern, bold, script, etc.). Without direction, I'll choose based on your brand style.
I ordered but now realize I need a logo designed first. What now?
You can either: 1) Add the logo design extra immediately 2) Switch to text-only 3) Cancel and reorder when ready.
