The Book Cover design was way off what I asked for. Communication was poor. Totally disappointed and dissatisfied. I can’t use this cover. As a matter of fact, I’ve had to pay someone else to design another cover. Which ended up really nice. I will say though, I’ve used her service before and her communication...

This job didn’t meet my expectations. The quality of communication was so poor it felt like I was speaking to a third world Ai bot who didn’t understand English. I even paid extra so the designer could accommodate my requests, which was simple—give me something as good as the sample I showed her....
