I worked as a Social Media Virtual Assistant (Freelance) under a client on freelancer, where I was responsible for managing and supporting their social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. My role involved handling day-to-day account activities including content posting, scheduling updates, responding to messages and comments, and maintaining consistent engagement with the audience. I also assisted the client in organizing their content strategy to ensure regular posting and better brand visibility. In addition, I supported hashtag research, basic content optimization, and monitored account activity to improve engagement and reach. I worked closely with the client by following their instructions and ensuring all tasks were completed on time and according to their brand style. Through this experience, I strengthened my skills in social media management, virtual assistance, communication, and client collaboration, while delivering consistent support to help maintain and grow their online presence.
