Each package covers the number of confirmed issues stated in the package. A bug is one distinct, reproducible problem. Backend development, custom apps, hosting, third-party app defects, paid licenses, and Shopify checkout customizations are not included unless reviewed and agreed in advance.
Secure Shopify collaborator access is preferred. You never need to share your account password.
