Please provide your existing plans, sketches, dimensions, photos (if available), project requirements and any reference images. The more information you provide, the more accurately I can assess your project.

Yes! I can develop architectural design concepts based on your needs, available space and project requirements. Design services are included in the Standard and Premium packages.

Revisions include adjustments to the initial drawings or design concept. A completely new design, major layout changes or additional drawings may require an extra charge.

The Premium package includes a basic architectural 3D massing model. Detailed 3D modeling and photorealistic renderings can be provided through a custom offer or my dedicated visualization gig.

These packages cover architectural design and drafting only. Building permit applications, detailed construction documents, engineering calculations and professional approvals are not included. Please contact me for specific documentation requirements.

Yes. I can work from existing PDF or DWG drawings, dimensioned sketches and reference documents. Please send your files before ordering so I can assess their quality and the work required.
