I'm very happy with Sam's professionalism and creativity - he whipped up a lovely backstory (with some fun hooks for me and the dm) for my half-orc druid that I can't wait to play! I also had a small revision to make and Sam promptly obliged to change a couple words for me, definetely recommended!
