What if I don't have a knowledge base or documents ready yet?
That's fine for a Basic package. For RAG based tiers, I'll need whatever content you want the bot referencing, FAQs, product info, policies, even a messy document works as a starting point.
Can the chatbot connect to my existing website or app?
In most cases yes, through a website widget or common integrations like WhatsApp or Telegram. If you have a custom system or codebase, message me first so I can confirm it's feasible before you order.
