Do you offer refunds if the reconsideration request is rejected?

Will my site's penalty be lifted after the first reconsideration request?

How long does it take?
We will complete our audit and submission within the timeframe agreed in the gig. However, Google may take several weeks to respond to the reconsideration request, and it might require more than one reconsideration request. In our experience, it can take 6-12 weeks before a penalty is lifted.
Will my rankings come back?
They might do, and they might not. It depends on a lot of factors. If your site's ranking were propped up by a lot of paid links then your rankings remain lower after the penalty. However, if your site was the victim of a negative SEO attack, then your rankings might return to normal.
