Architectural Consultant Engineer Prime Consulting Office 04/2025 – Present Location: Egypt Project: Sofia Compound – Mokattam Mixed-use development consisting of: • 14 Residential Buildings • Social Club • Kindergarten • Mosque • Social Services Buildings • Commercial Mall Key Achievements & Responsibilities: • Lead the review and approval of Architectural Shop Drawings, ensuring full compliance with design intent and technical specifications. • Conduct detailed review of Quantity Surveying Documents and Contractor Extracts to validate executed quantities and contractual scope. • Apply Autodesk Revit for BIM Modeling and architectural detailing. • Perform BIM Coordination using Navisworks to execute Clash Detection and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts. • Develop detailed Architectural Sections and Cutting Models to enhance execution accuracy. • Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to ensure seamless Interdisciplinary Coordination. • Monitor on-site implementation to ensure alignment with approved drawings and quality standards. • Act as Consultant Engineer supervising projects executed by Samco, El Shorouk, El Shohadaa for Roads, Namaa, and El Masa. • Manage drawing revisions, technical submittals, and documentation tracking systems. • Provide technical solutions to resolve architectural discrepancies during execution phases.
