About me
I help TikTok Shop brands scale through affiliate and creator marketing — not just shop setup. Over 3 years running affiliate programs end-to-end: creator sourcing, retainer/commission negotiation, sampling logistics, and GMV/ROAS tracking through custom dashboards. I've worked with beauty, wellness, and lifestyle DTC brands, driving creator-led sales without relying on paid ads. If you need someone to build and run your affiliate engine — not just talk strategy — let's talk.

TikTok Shop Growth Strategist
Hairfinity • Freelance
Apr 2025 - Dec 2025 • 8 mos
Managed the TikTok Shop affiliate program for Hairfinity, a haircare brand, owning the process end-to-end. Sourced and onboarded relevant creators, negotiated retainer and commission terms, and coordinated product sampling to keep content flowing consistently. Built a custom dashboard to track GMV and ROAS by creator, identifying top performers and reallocating budget toward what converted best. Led UGC content strategy — briefing creators on hooks and formats aligned with what was performing well in the TikTok Shop feed. Result: grew creator-driven GMV without relying on paid ads, and built a repeatable system for ongoing creator recruitment and retention.
