Do you work with Shopify stores only?
Mostly yes. Shopify is where I’m fastest. I can also help with Amazon Seller Central and basic WooCommerce admin, but Shopify is my core.
Which customer support tools do you know?
Gorgias (5 years daily), Zendesk, Shopify Inbox, and email. I can also work inside your Slack and project tools.
Can you cover US business hours?
Yes. I worked US Central time for 5 years, so overlapping with US hours is normal for me.
Do you need access to my store?
Yes, you’ll invite me as a staff account with the permissions needed for the task. I follow strict confidentiality.
What if the work takes less than the package hours?
I’ll roll the remaining time into other small tasks you have, or save it for your next request within 30 days.
