You may have feelings of anger or worry. You might have withdrawn from people or things that you used to enjoy or find yourself arguing with others.

An unbalanced solar plexus can also have physical manifestations since it affects the gastrointestinal system, the abdomen, lower back, stomach, pancreas, spleen, liver, gallbladder, intestines, and metabolism.
