Do you need access to my VPS?
Yes. I need SSH access to your VPS to perform the security work. You can provide either a password or, preferably, an SSH key.
Do you need access to my hosting provider’s console?
Yes, if possible. Access to the hosting provider’s web console (OVH KVM, Hetzner Console, Contabo VNC, DigitalOcean Recovery Console, etc.) allows me to fix issues even if SSH becomes unavailable.
Will you change my SSH port?
Only if you want it. Changing the SSH port reduces automated attacks, but I always test the new port before applying firewall rules to avoid lockouts.
Can you lock me out of my server?
No. I always keep an active session open while applying changes, and I only enable firewall rules after confirming access. If anything goes wrong, the hosting console allows full recovery.
Do you work on Ubuntu, Debian, or CentOS?
Yes. I support all major Linux distributions used on VPS servers.
Can you secure my web server (Nginx or Apache)?
Yes. I can add security headers, disable server tokens, improve TLS configuration, and protect against common attacks.
