Can you turn my existing PDF or Word document into a fillable form?
Yes. I can add interactive fields to your existing document while keeping the layout organized. If it needs a complete redesign, please share it first so I can confirm the right package.
Will the PDF fields actually work, or will they just look editable?
Your form will contain functional fields, not just visual placeholders. I test the agreed features in a supported PDF viewer before delivery.
What types of forms can you create?
I can design client intake forms, registration forms, questionnaires, order forms, applications and onboarding documents using your supplied content.
Will my fillable PDF work on phones, tablets and computers?
Compatibility depends on the PDF viewer. I recommend Adobe Acrobat Reader for supported interactive features. Please tell me which devices or applications you plan to use.
Can you add checkboxes, dropdown menus and text fields?
Yes. Basic includes standard text fields and checkboxes. Standard and Premium also include dropdown menus, within the field limits of each package.
Can you add calculations, signatures or advanced functions?
These features are not included in my standard packages. Please send your requirements before ordering so I can assess feasibility and provide a custom quote if supported.
What do you need from me before starting?
Please provide your existing document or finalized content, required fields, logo, brand colors and any special instructions. Mention your preferred PDF viewer if compatibility is important.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes 3. Revisions cover reasonable changes within the original scope. Additional pages or new functionality may require an extra fee.
