I'll need your business name, target audience, newsletter topic, campaign goal, preferred tone of voice, and any relevant materials or brand guidelines. For design packages, please also provide your logo and brand colours.
Do you also design the newsletter?
Yes! The Standard and Premium packages include a professional newsletter design using Canva. The Basic package includes copywriting only.
Can you set up the newsletter in SendGrid or Mailchimp?
Yes! The Premium package includes setting up your newsletter directly in your existing SendGrid or Mailchimp account, including formatting, links, and test emails. The campaign will be ready for your review and approval. Sending the campaign and setting up automations are not included.
What counts as a revision?
A revision includes reasonable adjustments to the delivered content or design, such as wording, layout, or tone. A completely new newsletter topic, campaign concept, or major change to the original brief is not included. Additional revisions can be purchased separately.
