Do I need to buy the domains and inboxes myself?
Yes. Domain registration and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 subscriptions are paid directly by you, so you own everything. Budget roughly $10-15 per domain per year and $6-7 per inbox per month. I handle all the configuration.
How many domains and inboxes do I actually need?
A safe rule is 30 emails per inbox per day. For 450 emails a day you need about 15 inboxes across 5 domains. Message me your target volume and I will size it exactly for you before you order.
How long before I can start sending?
Setup takes 3-6 days depending on package. Then warmup needs 2-3 weeks before you send cold emails at volume. Sending before warmup finishes is the fastest way to burn a new domain, so I will give you a clear schedule.
Will this guarantee I land in the inbox?
Infrastructure is the foundation and the most common failure point, but deliverability also depends on your list quality, copy and sending behaviour. I will set the technical side up correctly and tell you exactly what to do on your end.
Can you fix my existing setup instead of building new?
Yes. Message me first and I will review it. If your main domain is already damaged, I will tell you honestly whether repair or a fresh sending setup makes more sense.
