Will you back up my site first?
Yes. I create a full backup before making any change, and when possible I test the fix on a staging copy first.
What if the issue can't be fixed?
I'll explain the cause and the options. If I can't fix it, you get a full refund.
Do you also fix WooCommerce issues?
Yes. Cart, checkout, product page, payment and email issues in WooCommerce are included. Message me first if your store uses custom plugins.
