1. Do you take product photos?
No. I design and edit listing images from the photos you send. Clear photos from several angles give the best results.
2. Will the images follow Amazon requirements?
I build the main image to Amazon published image requirements: pure white background, no text, high resolution. Amazon updates its rules, so please also check its latest guidelines before uploading.
3. What do you need to start?
Your product photos, logo, brand colors, 4 to 6 key features, and your listing link if you have one. Only send claims you can back up.
4. Do you use AI?
I use professional design tools together with AI-assisted design. Every word and icon is checked by hand, and I only use claims you give me.
5. What files will I receive?
High resolution JPG and PNG files at 2000 x 2000 px, ready to upload. Premium also includes an editable file where possible.
6. Can you design A plus content?
Yes. The Premium package includes A plus content modules designed to Amazon layout sizes. Extra modules can be added as a Gig extra.
7. How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard 2 and Premium 3. Need more? Add an additional revision as a Gig extra.
