1. Office Management: * Manage office supplies, equipment, and daily office maintenance; organize meetings, schedule appointments, and coordinate business travel arrangements. * Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, process official emails, and manage phone calls. 2. Document and Archive Management: * Draft reports and various administrative documents; ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive and core company information. * Establish, update, and maintain physical and digital archiving systems; assist with administrative procedures for new employee onboarding. 3. Translation and Interpretation: * Provide high-quality translation (among Chinese, English, and Arabic) for business emails, reports, contracts, manuals, and marketing materials; proofread and edit translations to ensure accuracy and fluency. * Provide high-level interpretation during business meetings, negotiations, and conference calls. * Facilitate cross-cultural communication between Chinese and local employees, and provide guidance on Chinese business etiquette. 4. Logistics and Fleet Management: * Coordinate corporate vehicle usage plans and manage employee commuting and daily transportation. * Oversee regular vehicle maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections; monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs to control costs. * Resolve emergency logistics issues, such as vehicle breakdowns or traffic delays.
