I personally send each email one at a time through a real email account — not through automated bulk-mailing software. This keeps your emails looking natural and human, which helps them land in the inbox instead of spam.
Will you use my email account or yours?
I can use either. If you provide your email account (Gmail/Outlook/business email), I'll send from it directly. If you'd prefer, I can advise on setting up a suitable sending account. Sending from your own domain usually gives better deliverability and trust.
How many emails can you send per day?
To protect your sender reputation and avoid spam triggers, I follow safe daily sending limits (typically 50-150 emails/day depending on the account and its age/warm-up status). Higher volumes are possible with proper account warm-up — message me with your list size for a custom plan.
Do you provide the email list or content?
No, you'll need to provide your own email list (CSV/Excel) and the email content or template. I focus on the careful, manual sending process. I'm happy to give light suggestions on subject lines if needed.
How will I know the emails were sent?
I'll provide a tracking report showing what was sent, and (where possible) opens/bounces, depending on your email content, so you have full visibility into the campaign.
