We are a 15-person company. Is this overkill?
No — it is aimed at you. The roadmap is sized to what a small team can actually execute, which usually means two or three use cases, not twenty.
Do you work with banks and credit unions?
Yes, that is a core focus. I build for community banks and credit unions and I account for examiner expectations, model risk and vendor due diligence in the roadmap.
What do you need from us?
A 20-minute intake form, and for the Standard and Premium tiers a 60-minute call with whoever knows your operations. No system access required. I need to know a bit about your business and your pain points to craft solid and actionable recommendations.
Will you recommend specific tools?
Yes, by name, with the trade-offs and roughly what they cost. I have no reseller relationships, so the recommendation is just the recommendation.
What if you conclude we should not do AI yet?
Then I will say that and tell you what to fix first. You still get the full analysis, and that answer is usually worth more than a roadmap you cannot execute.
