About me
I build revenue-generating systems — Shopify stores, STR pricing engines, and the automation connecting them.
Shopify: store builds, theme customization, conversion-focused fixes, built fast with AI-assisted development.
Ops: I run AI-driven pricing and guest messaging automation across a live 4-property short-term rental portfolio — so my builds are informed by tools I actually operate, not theory.

Founder of Rio Innovations, a web/AI development studio. I design and build websites, storefronts, and AI-driven tooling for small businesses — from Shopify e-commerce builds to directory sites with AI-assisted content pipelines and backend automation (lead routing, data refreshes, reporting). Recent work includes a full Shopify store build for a Phoenix retailer (ValGina), a live campground-availability tracking app (CampThisWay), and AI-maintained local directories (Burger Wranglers, HighAZ) covering 70+ and 120+ listings, refreshed on automated schedules. I handle the full build — design, development, hosting, and handoff with real documentation.
